Can I extend my rental period, and what are the charges for late returns?
Yes, you can extend your rental period by notifying the company. However, extra charges apply for late returns. For a saloon car, Ksh 500 per extra hour is charged, and for a four-wheel vehicle, it is also Ksh 500 per hour.
Can I take the rental car out of Kenya?

What are the payment terms for renting a vehicle?
All rental charges must be settled in full when the car is hired for the specified period. If the rental period is extended, payment for the additional period must be made upon the vehicle’s return. Failure to comply with payment terms will result in an additional 10% weekly charge for overdue amounts.
Are the vehicles insured, and what does the insurance cover?
Our vehicles are insured for Third Party Act only, which covers liability for injuries to third parties. It does not cover damages to the vehicle, fire or theft of the vehicle, or material damages to other vehicles or property. For any claims involving third-party injuries, the hirer will be responsible for paying the excess premium as stated by the company.
